« The resort is an awesome place. The only small improvement is related to the staff behavior. In general, staff is really kind and ready to help, but sometimes is a bit lost in their answer or a bit too oriented to specific guests (VIP people, big groups, European, etc.) at the expens of the others. »

I mistakenly left important documents at the hotel which could not be replaced easily. Doreen went out of her way to ensure i had copies of these sent over within an hour or realising and going to find them in the hotel. « Bed was comfortable. Dinner and breakfast was delicious. The hotel is basic but very clean. No AC; no fan but when we asked for a fan they accommodated our request. Nice flower garden setting outside for breakfast. »

« Easy location near the Entebbe airport from which to start and finish your tour of western Uganda's National Parks. There is a mall with dining options and a food market connected to the hotel. The staff was excellent and the room (with a small balcony) was fine. There numerous monkeys to see in the rear of the premises. »

« The property is fabulous! I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff is friendly and courteous. The only issue I had at all was the Timeliness of the Service. That said, I am from Houston, Texas and we move very quickly. So, as long as you have all the time in the world, the service is great!
