From the friendly staff and spotless rooms to the surrounding rainforest, everything felt so comfortable and welcoming. 'Our stay at Fortuna Retreat was absolutely AMAZING! It truly was "Retreat-style" as it was peaceful, rejuvenating, and wonderfully private.The property is beautifully designed, with natural plants throughout the landscape creating calm, relaxing atmosphere. 'The rooms were very nice. We liked the view from the second floor. The Gardena were beautiful and my family loved the pool and the jacuzzi's. Good breakfast with a cook who prepated the eggs on demand. A view on the Arenal from our room (we saw the top just for a few seconds). '

Het hotel is iets buiten het centrum. Wij vonden dat geen probleem, aangezien je voor trips gewoon opgehaald wordt. Je kunt in max 10 minuten ook naar jet centrum lopen.'
