'Goede plek om Parijs te bezoeken. Vlak bij metro en restaurantjes in de nabijheid. Appartement is goed. Slaapkamer in souterrain voelt wat benauwd aan. Staat constant een anti condens te draaien. Derde bed op gelijkvloers is niet erg comfortabel. Lakenset daarvan was niet krakend schoon. Al met al wel aan te bevelen om op een leuke manier Parijs te bezoeken!'

'I stayed here in June. The apartment doesn’t have any aircon so it was really warm. It’s also a lot smaller than it appears online. Basically the bed is in this “loft” at the top which is so small you have to crawl to actually get onto the bed. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who is claustrophobic. '

'Apartment was absolutely exceptional! We will definitely try to stay there again when in Paris. Studio was extremely clean and had everything to make our stay wonderful. Location was perfect as was our communication with David. What a gem!'

'Perfectly placed right next to the Arc du Triomphe with excellent metro links all over the city within walking distance. Also walking distance from the Trocadero and Eiffel tower! '

'Fantastic location, on top of Bonnes Nouvelles Metro station and le Grand Rex Cinema. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby, and a quick walk to Les Halles & the Louvre. The apartment is compact, but clean and very well-equipped. Communication is excellent: very clear and responsive. '

'Well, it's as advertised and in a great location. AC, Heat, Washer, drying rack, iron, stove top, dishes, coffee machines etc. For 2 older men with 2 very large suitcases, it's very small. For younger and less luggage, perfect! But we had a great time and would recommend it! Eh bien, c’est comme annoncé et super bien situé. Clim, chauffage, machine à laver, étendoir, fer à repasser, plaques de cuisson, vaisselle, cafetières, etc. Pour deux hommes un peu plus âgés avec deux très grosses valises,...

Also very well connected by metro and bus to all major attractions (or you can just walk and enjoy the Parisian vibe).The studio is small, as most apartments in Paris, but is no problem if you plan to spend most of your time out exploring the city. The studio is on a 3rd floor and access is via a narrow staircase, which could be a challenge if your carrying large luggage. Only downside is the bathroom, as it lacks enough...
