'Completely blown away by this hotel! Friendly and attentive staff, numerous amenities and felt like an authentic Japanese experience from the moment you walk in the door. Everybody must take their shoes off at the entrance and place them in easy to use lockers. The rooms had nice Japanese touches, loungewear, amenities, water and a treat in the fridge. Access to the onsen baths was available for no cost, with a wide variety of different baths (separated by gender, no clothing), massage chairs...
