Bright, open, airy décor! Lovely ocean and sunrise views! This unique home located in Bias Shores in Duck offers both a private pool and community pool, as well as tennis courts! The Village of Duck offers an abundance of fantastic restaurants, a variety of stores, a Town Park and Boardwalk, plus much more! This home is also kid-friendly!

Fabulous layout and so many amenities, this house lacks nothing!

Top level: It is beautifully decorated with ocean views and an open-concept floor plan! Tons of windows for natural light surround the great room, kitchen, and dining areas! A large wet bar with an ice maker and wine cooler is the perfect addition for evening cocktails! The huge open kitchen offers double ovens and a breakfast bar that seats 4! There is also a large king master suite with a whirlpool tub and a TV/DVD.

Bottom level: offers a 6th bedroom with 2 single beds plus 2 trundles, a game table, a full bath, 2nd refrigerator, and a TV/DVD! There are 2 king master suites, each with TVs/DVD players, as well as a master with 2 sets of bunk beds and a bedroom with a queen and hall bath!
The owners of "Field of Dreams" have thought of everything needed for the perfect vacation experience! There are 5 TVs and high-speed wireless internet!

Bias Shores is an inviting ocean-to-sound community. Oceanside offers private beach access with parking. The community refreshment area with restrooms, outdoor pool, and tennis courts are located on the Sound side. The Bias Shores Community offers the use of the boat slip and moorings at the sound side pier. Community beach access and the Soundside Community pool are open May 27 through Sept 29.

Other amenities include an outside shower, a K Club Membership which includes Golf Discounts at Kilmarlic Golf Course, including golf lessons and clinics, as well as discounts off Wild Horse Tours, and all activities offered at Kitty Hawk Kites! The K Club offers a full-time concierge who is available to help you book your adventures!

Bias Shores
· Community pool dates: May 25/24-October 13/24
· No glass bottles, no smoking, and no pets permitted in the pool enclosure
· PARKING PASSES ARE REQUIRED MEMORIAL DAY- LABOR DAY when parking on common property-towing is enforced
· Parking on the street is prohibited
· Outdoor lights and speakers should be turned off by 11:00 pm, per Town of Duck ordinance
· Golf carts are to be parked in a designated parking space and must display a parking pass. Carts parked on the grass or roadside are subject to towing.
· There is a vendor that rolls all trash and recycling cans back to the homes following trash pick-up (Mondays and Fridays, May-September)
· Large trash items left on the street will not be removed by the trash vendor, and we will contact you, the rental company, to arrange disposal.
· Personal belongings, including beach equipment, are not to be left on the beach or sound side walkway. Items left are subject to removal by maintenance.
· There are dog bag dispensers throughout the community. Used dog bags should be discarded properly.
·The sound side pier and oceanfront walkway are for BIAS SHORES guests ONLY!!

All of our homes are equipped with wifi. However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee the internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their hotspot or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the internet is needed for work or school. Shoreline OBX and our homeowners are not responsible for any internet interruptions.
