'Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Money Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. From the moment I arrived, there were multiple issues that made the experience stressful rather than enjoyable. The room was not properly cleaned, with noticeable hygiene issues that made me uncomfortable. Basic amenities were either missing or not working properly, and the overall condition of the hotel felt neglected and poorly maintained. Customer service...

'I booked it for 2 people. Only 1 towel. Most of the cupboards had 1 hinge hanging of. Only 1/4 of 1 toilet roll and no coffee or tea sachets on arrival (that would of been a small nice gesture). Nothing to dry the washing up of kitchen plates e.t.c or utensils. Confusion about lift key on arrival as it could not be found. Location and site was excellent tho.'

'Good place to stay at for a layover. Cheap, spacious rooms, and they provide breakfast. Place is hard to find and it would help if they had a sign thay said "El Sueno Homestay" outside the Main Gate instead of our driver wondering if this is the place, calling the lady, then her coming outside. The place is pn Muthiaga Lane (Its a Blue sign) and leads all the way to the end on the left. The locals helped us find it. But yes, def good place to stay for a night while you transition to your next...

'We did not have a stay! When we arrived we were told our room was given away. The very sketchy "manager" said he would send a cancellation notice but...all he did was keep my money.'
