« From check-in thru check out I can not express enough the professionalism, family friendly staff. Rooms were well kept throughout. Even after a long day out in tge Meru National Forest the welcome back definitely felt true and sincere. Room value was excellent, Staff exceptional and restaurant bar far exceeded most Kenyan experiences. My family and I will definitely be back! »

« Lewa Stay of a lifetime! I splashed out for a three day stay and could not fault anything. The animals on the game drives were amazing, especially rhinos and lions were amazing. The guide was very knowledgeable and obviously still excited about it all. The camp was comfort personified and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. It was lovely to dip into a little piece of luxury and also to see the good work the Lewa Conservancy is doing. It gives one hope for the future. »

« Very clean property, rooms are great, the bed is super comfortable. The amenities are newer in bedroom, it also has a digital bathroom mirror that has a heater function. The staff is very courteous, the food is delicious and the complimentary breakfast is such a treat. »

« I’ve given 5 stars for everything and you still want more? Might take one off for being greedy …. Only slight complaint is about the architects - who puts glass (even frosted) directly between the room and the toilet? However, in the hotels favour - Swiss roll for breakfast! »

« Good value for money, but it is SO NOISY at weekends. Loud music from garden and swimming pool, and front facing rooms very noisy from traffic. »

« The hotel doesn't look like the picture, there's no front desk but if you want the price then take your chance. We actually tried to cancel upon arrival and went elsewhere. A very small hotel located off the main road and if you drive too fast you might miss it. Very disappointed »
