« My third stay at skynest for business trips to Nairobi. The location is great, westlands is safe and walkable with plenty of shopping, dining, and socializing options nearby. Skynest itself is very secure and has a great little market on the ground floor where you can buy essentials, and a decent restaurant. The front desk staff are great. The rooms are great. You'll find cheaper option, but you won't find better. »

« Excellent. Recently renovated with good quality throughout. Hot water and good water pressure, clean, excellent staff all with positive and helpful attitude, kitchen had excellent quality utensils and cookware, comfortable, and good Wifi. Requested they wash my car and they did so quickly for a reasonable fee. »

« Just two issues. 1) The security is just to much. 2) The property is so large it requires long walks. »

« Entrée de l'hôtel un peu difficile a trouver car dans un mall disposant de plusieurs ascenseurs. Quartier indien tres tranquille et calme. Bonne surprise pour le petit déjeuner pris dans l'hôtel luxueux du même groupe juste a côté jouxtant la piscine et la salle de sport avec une super vue sur nairobi. Chambre calme et confortable. »

« Sejour tres agréable dans un bel appartement spacieux avec un balcon avec vue sur la mer. Très bel accueil de la responsable qui est a l'écoute de ses client. Bon petit déjeuner servi avec le sourire. Il ne manque que la wifi côté piscine pour rester connecté avec ses amis. »

« Second time staying in the same apartment and the cleanliness standards have dropped. The were dead roaches and flies in the living room and dirt on the carpet. The apartment had some damage on the walls and signs of lack of repair or paint work. The shower head worked partially with inconsistent temperature regulation. And the sheets and pillows had wear and tears with a number of stains. »

« Friendly and correct personnel. Clean. Helpful. Good bed. Relatively quiet. Some of the finishing was done “à la Chinoiserie”: bathroom door and lamps (but therefore it’s not a five or four star hotel) »
