'Top of the line service and the hotel creates an experience for the travel the entire stay. Staff is very attentive and professionally trained for the most demanding guest. Child care services are top notch. Highly recommend you go and stay several extra days long than you want to. '

'The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. '

'Overall it was a good trip to thr hard rock. Most employees were very nice and understanding. Most…. Thr pool/towel police were not understanding and had different views on what there jobs were. One day they allowed people to leave towels and belongings to hold and the next day they were enforcing 30 minute mandates to be there or things were removed and sent to lost and found. Two different employees gave us two different explanations. I would have thought they would be on the same page.

'This is a nice resort. Clean. Beautiful infinity pool. One noticeable major issue, however is the accessibility to food and drinks. It was difficult to order drinks and food around the pool. It was hard to find water bottles. The wait time for breakfast in the morning was 20 minutes or more. Depending on the time of ordering room service it could take an hour or more. The tipping system wasn’t clear. One of our servers at dinner expected an $80 tip. It was disappointing given the price paid for...

'I was so looking forward to the food. Don’t get me wrong the resort is aesthetic and you’ll get the vibe you see in the pictures and the staff is really nice but the amenities are scarce, pools are small and food is TERRIBLE at all the restaurants. I would 100% not come back or recommend the resort especially for the price like I would other places I’ve stayed at in Cabo. '

'This is a top tier resort. All 4 of the premium restaurants had several outstanding options, and food presentation was very high. The drinks were also exceptional, in presentation, preparation, and selection. Top shelf name brand choices of almost every bottle you can imagine. The beds were comfy, the pools were clean, the crowds were well managed, and the grounds are spotless.
Negatives? Not many really, but the tipping is odd. Even if you are all-inclusive, you need to 'charge out' for...
