« As far as the staff and property and room is concerned, I give this place a 10+++. You cannot find better service and staff in all of Japan. However, the only complaint is for Americans. The breakfast is very Japanese and very limited. Also very crowded on the weekends. If you want to use the pool, you need to make an appointment for 60 minutes and the pool is always very crowded with families and children. « The Koubai suite was wonderful. The outdoor bath is very private and peaceful. The bed was extremely comfortable and the private garden was lovely. This is my favourite room in Japan so far! »

The staff was friendly and accommodating, particularly Riku who helped us fix a malfunctioning AC unit in our room. « This is a self check in/check out so there is no staff or room service. The room itself is amazing and spacious. The bathroom is just as great! The beds were super comfortable! One of my favorite hotels! I will definitely be back. But keep in mind there is no elevator so I got lucky being on the second floor but if you have the third then you have to carry your luggage all the way up there. »

Petit déjeuner traditionnel imposé, pas terrible servi à 8h30 au plus tard. Tout est imposé dans ce ryokan.
