'Stayed here to visit my son who recently moved to Charleston. The space was perfect and within driving distance of many points of interest. It had everything you could ask for. The bed was so.....comfy and the shower was wonderful. The property was very clean. The beach chairs were a nice feature. We will be back .'

'When booking our stay we thought we were renting an entire house only to find that we rented the top floor of a split level and the owners are permanent residences on the bottom floor. Quite hour was at 10 pm but due to the close proximity and how sound carried even playing a fun card game late at night prompted a reminder of the quite time rule. 'We have never stayed in a rental that was as well supplied as this on. Jonathan was very generous with consumables, even purchasing a box of Girl Scout cookies to share with our visiting grandkids. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. It was a very comfortable stay in a low traffic neighborhood that was perfect for walking, and there were many stores and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Folly Beach was only 15 minutes away, although on our last day there the weather was beautiful...
