'Great location to get to the Iowa State Fair for a concert. Also the East Village is charming, enjoyed breakfast there the next morning. '

'We enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as described/pictured in the ad. Any time I reached out to the host, he responded almost immediately. And the space was vast. My daughter took over the upstairs bathroom to perform her dance routines and had more than ample space to do so. 10/10'

'Stayed here multiple times. Never an issue. I can confirm that the tow company is serious, follow the parking instructions. I wasn't towed but saw truck pull up at 10pm and go through lot searching for violations. '

'The place is small but very cute and cozy, perfect for a short stay for my daughter and I. It had everything we needed and was clean. The bed and furniture were comfortable. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at first, but it ended up being very quiet and we didn’t have any issues. Lots of restaurants nearby and easy to find. The maintenance guy who is onsite was very helpful and answered right away when I had trouble working the electronic lock. I would stay here again if I’m ever back in...

'Had a good stay, the place was very nice. Only thing that was somewhat annoying was the parking situation since we got blocked by the train many times from getting to our car. Otherwise everything was excellent!'

'Wonderful for a week or two stay, can't beat the price and everything you need. Dog friendly, separate entrance, controlled parking, nice remodel finishing up. I couldn't be happier, great mural in historic downtown!'
