« The problem is that there is no local help with this property. The apartment is managed by a company in Atlanta. I couldn’t find the key nor figure out how to lock the apartment, and getting help was cumbersome calling the management company in Atlanta, then awaiying a conversation with the on-call person. Then waiting for the Atlanta manager to phone someone in Ames.The building is full of students and reasonably quiet.The washing machine was missing a foot and thus juggled it’s way out of...

« For the price it worked out very nice. Large room with fridge microwave toaster and coffee maker. Extra bonus they had a Tesla charger out back I could charge with. Gated parking was nice and the rooms had easy access with coded lock.Jack was a good communicator With all that though, even though they had strict warnings against smoking and a large fine attached if caught, the room still smelled like strong smoke, which I couldn't get past. »

« Not really impressed with this property. The furniture seemed like “staging” furniture. Looks good in picture but in person, run down. The beds were uncomfortable and pushed into corners. One bed did not have a fitted sheet. Only a mattress protector. The couch in the living room is much smaller than it appears and had springs popping up One of the LR chairs arm was wobbly. « Nice little apartment that fit our needs prefect for going to a concert in Clear Lake. My suggestion would be to do a little cleaning in the entrance and hallway to make a better first impression. Also a hair dryer would be nice. »

« Everything was very clean. It was a nice place to stay last minute overnight with a great price. Just off of Main Street so there were many restaurants within walking distance. The gated parking was easy to access and nice security. The door lock was also easy and convenient to use. I would stay here again. »
