'Wonderful, old-Florida feel with modern touches. Jay is a wonderful host, the place was exactly as described, clean as a whistle, comfortable, everything worked, quiet, relaxing, I can't find enough superlatives to describe how much we enjoyed the VRBO.If you're a gardener, you;re going to absolutely LOVE what Jay has done with his 4 acres. If you like fresh seafood, you MUST drive 15 minutes down the main road to Island Crab Seafood (St. James City, not the processing facility in Pine Island...

'WHAT A CUTE PLACE!! We felt so welcomed! The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and super clean. “Funky” should not be in the title. We renamed it the Fancy fish house. Everything we could possibly need was provided and the sunsets over the marsh and canal were spectacular. ❤️ I had to attend a conference and the hotel was sold out. So my teenage daughter and I got a quick getaway that we’ll never forget. ❤️'
