'Dit hotel is nogal vergane glorie en wordt niet echt onderhouden. De kamers zijn ruim, maar erg basic. De gerenoveerde kamers hebben een modernere badkamer. Wat echt tegenviel was de service en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Het lijkt echt alsof niemand zin heeft om te werken, met uitzondering van de bellboy. 'Nuestra estancia en este hotel en San Andrés fue excelente. Viajé con mi familia y desde nuestra llegada nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos. Las instalaciones estaban limpias, cómodas y bien cuidadas, y el personal siempre fue amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Disfrutamos mucho de las áreas comunes, la comida y el ambiente tranquilo que nos permitió relajarnos y disfrutar de unas vacaciones inolvidables.
