Getting to the hotel was no issue and the man that checked us in was very nice. However they offer a service for food after 6pm, it took 2 hours to get our food and it was only a hotdog and a hamburger. On top of that we paid for it right there since the option to pay later and charged to your room was also available, we did not do that. We were charged again at the time of checking out of the hotel which is preposterous, also the lady that was in charge of the guests that day we had our food came to the hotel and claimed that we had indeed not paid when we did. She claimed that her boss was checking the cameras and at no given moment we were seen paying for the food. At no point did we even get to see the cameras of the place. The lady was very nasty and very condescending towards us when we were only trying to not pay for a service we had already paid for. However the area is nice.
