'This resort was perfect for us. We had a problem at first when we checked in with the view from our balcony ...it was that of a utility wall covering. The front desk did a great job of allowing us to move to another room even though we traveled during a very busy spring break period. We had a two bedroom lockout and it was perfect for our two families. My Daughters family stayed in the larger unit and was able to fit a crib and a blow up toddler bed in the bedroom. It was great having the room...

'We had a harbor view and pool was very nice. Beautiful unit. Newly renovated. My only comment is the room always felt damp. Maintainance came up to fix. But never really was "cold" in room. But we survived in paradise! '

'We loved staying at Harborside Resort! Atlantis is great, but it is nice to get away from the chaos of the main resort at the end of long days. Shuttle services were constant and available. Our room was clean and nice, pull out couch was a bit uncomfortable and the bedding was scratchy, but it worked, recommend some new blankets.'

'The second day the electricity was out the entire day. From 11:30 until 1 or 2 in the morning. We had to insist on showering in another room and they acted inconvenienced. The third day there was no hot water the entire day or night. They knew this would happen but didn’t advise us. We had to insist on moving again, and they acted inconvenienced. I would absolutely not stay here again - not worth the high expense. A hassle. '

'Second time going to this location, it fits perfectly for our family of four with quick access to pools, the water park, Dolphin Cay and great places to eat. Highly recommend!'
