« The most incredible sand beaches and clear, multi-blue water I’ve ever seen. The temperatures were consistently hot all week long. You’d wake up to 24 Celsius, mid day hit 28 Celsius and the evening cooled down to 26 Celsius. Throw in 80 percent humidity and boy it’s HOT!! « Is this supposed to be a 5 stars hotel?? It did not feel like it, at least by our experience. It is true that the hotel is nicely decorated… especially in the Baha Mar area, this one is maybe the least tacky around there… but other than that this was not a good hotel by any standard… The food was way overpriced and for a very average quality… cocktails were even less impressive…But the worst was the service in general… and the most shocking was by far the front desk and checkin / checkout...

« Loved the location of Harborside. Had access to all Atlantis had to offer with the ability to come home to a peaceful oasis. Walked each morning and night along the harbor and was in awe of the jaw dropping yachts. It was a pricey vacation for sure, but an experience we won't soon forget. »

« The Atlantis resort has everything and we really enjoyed all of the marine habitats, endless pools, and a beautiful beach. The river rapids ride was so much fun. For the price, the condo is not nearly as nice as I had hoped. They do not provide housekeeping even though it’s part of the resort unless you pay extra fees and everything in the place needs some TLC. "L’éclairage du garde-robe ne fonctionnait pas. L’eau ne sent pas bon (douche, bain). L’eau chaude prend plusieurs minutes avant d’arriver. On a trouvé des cheveux et poils ne nous appartenant pas dans la douche collés au mur. Je n’ai pas les cheveux aussi longs. Le reste était propre et confortable. "
