Vakantie en citytrip naar Al Maryah Island

Check in was a nightmare. The check-in female desk needed about 40 minutes(!) to check on one couple who had tons of questions. Why not refer them to the concierge? Quite junior, inexperienced check-in staff. Rooms are dark, no wibdows can be opened and AC is either slow when reducing the intensity or out of control. Breakfast is in abundance and quite OK. Inhouse meals are extremely expensive: butter chicken meal is AED 75..outside average AE20 average. Staying was OKbut definitely not worth repeating.

Everything was perfect ! it’s a real signature palace. starting from the reception, to the breakfast staff, pools staff, and the greatest one : the Falcon guy ! an Amazing person. The woman who is making the crepes in the morning was always smiling. She is a wonderful person that makes your day better than ever. The staff from the pool is always helping you when you need them, for towels, water,.. Thank you so much Emirates Palace for this 2nd experience, we will come back again.
