This vacation rental is located in Hanalei which is in the tsunami evacuation zone.

The house is in the quintessential beach town of Hanalei. Walk to the bay for a surf, swim or beach walk. Have a casual or elegant meal in town, shop, and relax. Hanalei Bay is located less than a two minute walk away and will provide you with the ultimate beach going experience.
No parties or additional guests allowed. Noise complaint fines - As this home is in close proximity to residential neighbors, it is imperative that noise levels be kept to a minimum throughout your stay, and that you honor the noise curfews of 9 pm through 8 am. This means, any disruptive noises, such as screaming, children playing loudly, talking/laughing loudly, at any time, may solicit a complaint from the neighbors. We ask that you manage your noise levels appropriately. If there are complaints re: noise, you will be contacted and informed of the type of noise that is a disturbance. If there are additional complaints, you may be charged up to $500. If there are further complaints, after multiple warnings and lo you will be asked to leave the property. As this home has AC, if you overuse/abuse the AC – defined as using more than 100kWH per day (*average dailv electrical use, in this property, with AC, is 40 - 60kWH) – you'll be charged $50 per day of overuse.

This place was perfect for my family of 4. The kitchen was well equipped (even a bbq that we used a few times to grill local fish) and there were beach chairs, boogie boards and a surf board for us to use. The place is very comfortable and clean. We loved being so close to Hanalei - both the town and the beach! The host was also great - great communication and helpful tips and reminders. Thank you!

Great Property!

We really enjoyed this house! It has a great layout, has everything you need in terms of amenities and was very clean. It’s a very short walk or drive to the beach and once they are done rebuilding the sidewalk along the main road, the walk into town will be very easy! We would definitely stay here again!

We loved it here! Loved the neighborhood and the proximity to the bay. Host was great to work with and I highly recommend getting the extra half day if you’ve got a night flight out of Kauai.

Loved our stay in Hanalei! The home was gorgeous and well kept! A quick 4-5 minute walk to the beach. We loved the ping pong table, bikes, boogey boards, surf boards, beach chairs, and cooler. Couldn't have asked for anything better!

Beautiful home in a beautiful town

This house was exactly what we were looking for- walking distance to both the beach and town. It was clean and bright and great communication with the owner. We made good use of all the outdoor surf boards, boogie boards and bikes and had a wonderful 3 night stay. We will definitely be back!

Awesome Hanalei Home

Home exactly like photos, location is great, walking distance to beach or 2 min drive to pier. Great layout, and having washer/ dryer onsite is a major plus with little kids. Fully stocked basement (boogie boards, surf board, etc) was amazing. Great stay, management company is very responsive, will definitely visit again!

Family Vacation Kauai 1/24

We absolutely loved this place. The beds were very comfortable and the house was equipped with everything you need. Probably the best part, was having such easy access to bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, umbrellas and chairs. It took so much of the hassle out of everything. It’s about a 20 min walk to the pier where we went surfing everyday. We rode our bikes into town for everything. Since we took the shuttle to Hanna, we never even used our rental car!

Nice Stay at Hanalei Bay

The house was very clean and well stocked. We had a short stay at the house but enjoyed using the boogie boards, beach chairs, and some sand toys. We took the short walk to the beach a few times when only going on a walk but with our kids and all the beach gear we opted to drive and park. Food and shops were very close. Hanalei Bay is beautiful and the house is in a great location.

The property was everything advertised. Great proximity to Hanalei Bay, clean, remodeled and nice layout for two couples. We would have appreciated proactive communication via text or phone as emails from the property manager may have been intercepted by our fire wall as spam and we had to dig to find a phone number to reach out in order to confirm check-in details. Other than that, it was great.

Perfect Hanalei Rental

Our rental was perfect for our family of four. The place is situated for easily walking to the beach and town and is well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie/surf boards. The place is clean and well appointed. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Wonderful rental in a beautiful spot.

This is a wonderful home base in Kauai and anyone would be incredibly lucky to stay here. The property is lovely, perfectly situated, and professionally managed. Small issues were resolved promptly and professionally and communication was wonderful and very helpful. We can't wait to come back!
