'Though it was a cute place, I was very concerned about the lack of ventilation in the place. There is no AC, which is to be expected in France, but being down in the lower level, there wasn't even any way to get clean air. It smelled like mold due to the lack of ventilation and everything felt very humid (almost wet) because of it. '

'Melissa provided us with very helpful information on where to eat, nearby pharmacies and grocery stores. The apartment is a short walk to Notre Dame. Air conditioning was appreciated as it was in the 90’s. It’s a great rental for 2 as it’s a studio. It does not have an oven but it didn’t matter to us. '

'Apartment was ok. It had everything needed, however there were some problems: - Bathroom had very strong smell of mold, and lots of patches of mold both within the shower (including across the shower curtain) and around the wider bathroom area. Unless bathroom door was kept closed, entire apartment would smell strongly of mold - Many of the light fittings and plug sockets didn't work - The door on the dishwasher didn’t fully close therefore meaning water would leak out and it was very noisy -...

'Great little flat with 2 bedrooms as an alternative to the tiny hotel rooms. Good location. Walking to metro, bus, and Notre Dame. Good restaurants and cafes nearby. Host gave easy instructions from airport and train station. 5th floor but tiny elevator to make it easy with luggage. Would stay again. '

'We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment. Wonderfully quiet and secure in a charming real french courtyard. But when you walk down the street you immediately feel the cosiness and bustle of the beautiful old town of Paris and Saint Germain de Pres. The apartment is very pleasant, warmly decorated and fully equipped. We will definitely be back!'

'As described, great location, comfortable beds, could do with some additional amenities (toilet paper, soap, hand/face towels, dish towels etc). The layout was small and the spiral staircase a bit hard to navigate but this was noted in the listing. '

'The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was convenient for exploring Paris with many business and the metro very close to the apartment. Claudine made the check-in hassle-free and provided us with a lot of useful information about the area. It’s a great option if you’re looking for a pleasant place to stay. 'Fabulous flat, extremely centrally located, on a busy street but the apartment is set back so you hear absolutely no street noise. Apartment had everything we could have wanted for a fantastic week in Paris.'

'It is in a lovely neighborhood. It’s just not comfortable in the summer. I’m sure it is fine otherwise. The one bathroom is in the bedroom so everyone has to come thru the bedroom. Fairly well equipped, especially if you are there to just sleep and shower. '

"Prima hotel voor een weekendje Parijs Eiffeltoren om de hoek en veel prima (vooral Italiaanse) restaurants. Metro op 5 min lopen ook meer dan prima. Beetje gehorig maar dat kan al snel in een oud pand met een mooie houten trap. Zou dit zeker aanbevelen voor een leuke citytrip "

"Geweldige accommodatie midden in Parijs. We hadden een appartement voor vier personen, groot voor Parijse begrippen en met een aparte slaapkamer. De slaapbank had twee delen dus onze kinderen hoefden geen matras te delen ;). Voor het ontbijt moesten we even geduld hebben, want alles was op, maar toen het eten was aangevuld was het echt lekker en ruim voldoende. De medewerkers waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij waren er twee nachten en konden door de centrale ligging in één dag alle hoogtepunten bezoeken. Top dus!"
