« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property in Gordon’s bay . Never got sick of the amazing views of false bay . Ideal to be far enough away from Cape Town but still close enough and I’d highly recommend this property . We stayed for 2 weeks and the comms from Richard were very good . He was always very helpful and offered lots of help and ideas for our stay . »

« Die Wohnung mit grossem Sitzplatz und Garten liegt im sicheren Greenway Golf Estate und hat freie Sicht auf das Meer. Sie ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat bequeme Betten. Die Gegend ist ruhig und sicher. Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge (Weingüter usw.). Die Gastgeberin, Caecia, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten sie jederzeit um Rat fragen. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen. »

« Had a Marvellous time - The staff make you so welcome and everything is catered for excellently- from breakfast to assisting with dinner reservations, places to see, the owner even went to get a razor and shaving cream from the local shop as I had forgotten mine, Champagne for our anniversary - I can not recommend this place enough it’s a place of tranquility and splendour. »

« Arrival is like a family member has arrived. Calls go out. The gate soon opens. Immediately you meet Lukas. Then his family members. A lovely view from the pool awaits. Be aware the living rooms are not for 1 BR 1bath units. I would suggest an update so that the 1BR unit rented and the pool area are the only items photod for such a unit. This property is excellently located. Great hospitality. Very friendly. Worth staying. »

« We spend 5 nights in this wonderfull house. We loved the swimming pool and the view at the mountain. It's located in a quiet neighbourhood and street, not far from the center of Stellenbosch. The Spar supermarket is very close. We enjoyed our stay here! »

« We had a great time at Sandmartins over the 2022 Christmas holiday. The house is very well equipped, clean and secure. Sandra is a great communicator and kept us nicely informed through the entire process. She even decorated the house for Christmas for us! As is common in South Africa, load shedding does impact this property, but we appreciated the small backup battery that kept the internet and Tv going. Also there is a large and heavy cover over on the pool table. Our lesson was not to place...

« Great location and facilities with wonderful outdoor area, all very well maintained. Warm welcome from the owner. Worth mentioning no curtailment to electricity usage during load shedding as there is an excellent 24 hour back up system in place. Will definitely book again. »

The owner (Emmanuel) is very friendly, helpful, and responsive, as is the property manager who met us when we came in and left. The views are incredible, with very clear views of Table Mountain and False Bay. « VRBO listed booking when the property was not available. Only found out 12 hrs before arrival. Had to scramble to find another place. They did not offer any help whatsover. Stay away from VRBO. Second time this has happend to me. »

« We had a wonderful stay at the Sunset Cottage. The home was quaint, romantic, and had a great view. The restaurant was great (we ate breakfast there). Close walk to town. Everything was perfect! »

« We chose the Champagne Apartment and it was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room, everything you could possibly need and well considered amenities. Lynn and Mick were very kind hosts inviting us for Happy Hour drinks after a well needed swim in the pool on a very hot day. It was a very short walk into town and very quiet, safe and restful. »
