'Excelente Ubicación, muy amplio y con todo lo necesario para pasar un rato agradable. Unicamente no logramos hacer que saliera agua caliente en las regaderas, pero con el calor de la ciudad no fue necesario, y el sofa de la sala esta maltratado probablemente por huespedes anteriores, una pena que no cuiden mobiliario ajeno.'

'Tuvimos una experiencia increíble en este hotel. Fuimos en plan familiar y realmente superó nuestras expectativas. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y todo está pensado para que tanto adultos como niños disfruten al máximo.
Queremos destacar especialmente la atención del personal, que fue excepcional desde el primer momento. Josué, en particular, hizo toda la diferencia: desde el día uno fue sumamente atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitábamos.

'The Sanctuary was spectacular. The property is beautifully designed and exceptionally well-built for a truly luxurious stay. The staff was highly attentive, the rooms were incredibly comfortable, and every detail of the design felt thoughtful and intentional, elevating the entire experience. The food was exceptional, and the pools were wonderful. I would highly recommend the all-inclusive package, and we will definitely be coming back. Oh, and Lynn was exceptional. Helped so much!'

'Our room was spectacular and clean. Amazing view. But, all appliances were VERY loud. I used the washer/dryer for all the wet clothes and they were so loud that nit even closing the doors helped the noise. The jacuzzi was also very very loud, we opted to turn it off and call it a night. The espresso machine and coffee maker, were both very loud. We did not use it again. Elevators were broken and we were on the 7th floor… not cool going down/up in heels. Not really a kid-friendly place. Over all...
