« Our room was not clean whatsoever. The floor was full of crumbs, the furniture was dusty, stains on the comforter & shower curtain. The staff were nice & made sure everything went smoothly while checking in. Breakfast was okay- not a lot of choices. There were enough parking spaces. »

« The tub and sink were clogged up with hair and other stuff , the water in the tub was draining slowly, when I was taking a shower, and when i was brushing my teeth the water was not draining, it was nasty . »

« There was a cockroach in the wall of our room. While the staff were setting up the extra bed, the cockroach crawled back into the wall, and no one acknowledged it or apologized. I had originally booked a double queen room, but instead of moving us to the correct room or relocating us, an extra bed was brought in from the hallway where it was stored with other items and squeezed into the room. We waited a very long time for the bed to be set up.The maintenance staff who handled the bed were kind...

« This property is not kept up well. It looked to be clean but not maintained well. Our sink barely worked. The toilet seat was not on good. If you are ONLY looking for a place to sleep, then it may be ok. »
