Flats in Fleming Park

'The location is perfect, and easy walk to the plaza or the streetcar. The parking lot is a bit tight but its nice to not be on the street. Overall the unit us nice but in need of some updates. The bedrooms are very dimly lit, some brighter bulbs or better lamps would be nice, a mirror in the bedrooms as we were sharing a bathroom and needed multiple areas to get ready, and the shower was a bit tricky. It doesn't have an actual "off position" it spins 360 degrees so you have to just slowly spin...

'Great communication with the owner. The loft had everything we needed. Walking distance to the River Market. Highly recommend a BBQ restaurant called Pigwich, where Food Network host Guy Fieri filmed an episode of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. The loft was very clean. Highly recommend!!'

'Hot tub not working, icky water and cover half off, broken loungers by pool, some very strange people hanging around…. One women sat at front desk with pajamas and robe, very inprofesaional. Price we paid on VRBO was more than if just calling and booking. Room was decent. We had underwater left in drawer we took to front desk. Asked for clean towels and toilet paper, no one available so had to take down ourselves, no matching towels and no wrapped toilet paper. Very strange place - do not...
