'So clean, so comfortable'

'Parking was convenient. Breakfast included cold items plus scrambled eggs and sausage, but the hot items were not restocked 15-20 minutes before ending time, so some people had to settle for the cold menu items. Front desk staff was friendly. The room was clean and well-stocked with towels, but there was no daily housekeeping unless requested. Beds were comfortable and thermostat allowed customizing the temp setting.'

'I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. When I arrived, I discovered what appeared to be blood stains on the bed linens. The bathroom was also filthy, with obvious cleanliness issues that should have been addressed before any guest was checked into the room. I immediately brought these concerns to management’s attention and expected the situation to be corrected. Instead, I felt dismissed and was offered no meaningful resolution.
