My only issue was the way the building is set, with its entrance in a gated garage, its confusing how to enter for check in. There is nothing posted to help point you in the right direction. »

« The breakfast was fresh and good. The parking was right in front of the building, which was nice and safe service person was very kind and helpful and patient with me. »

« This was a wonderful stay. The room was very clean, the bed was comfy, and the water pressure in the shower was great. We were in town for a wedding and the hotel was centrally located. We spent time between the ceremony and the reception at the Knoop, the rooftop lounge. Breakfast at the Portico Cafe was delicious! Altogether we had a wonderful time! »

« The check-in staff member was very nice, however, upon entering the hotel, there was a woman yelling, “I’m not going to stay quiet about this!” There was hair on the walls of our shower, long women’s hair, so clearly it was not clean. There were used headphones on the sitting chair. When we returned after our event, the front desk attendant was on some sort of phone stating, “You will respect the black man,” which was completely unprofessional as it was clearly a personal phone call. « Not a good value for the money. Old ran down and smell of cat piss very evident »

« It was all just "fine". The room was very average, bed lumpy and linens scratchy. There are cheaper hotels nearby that are just as good. Because it cost more I thought this would be a step up, but it's not. Next time I will go down the road where I can get free continental breakfast and the same level of room. No reason to stay in an oversized, dark room with limited amenities that costs more than what is down the street. »

« This is a very nice place to stay. They give you a buffet breakfast and dinner and some drinks (alcohol). I will definitely recommend this place to any who are looking to stay in Grand Rapids. Thank you Drury Inn and suites. »
