'Terrible customer service. Asked for a hairdryer for three days straight and it was never delivered to our room. Requested a room that looked into the atrium from a higher floor was given first floor that faced highway. Right beside outside door that didn’t stay locked and banged all night. Room was clean, but floor was filthy. Found garbage on the floor.'

'Was so perfect location from 5 minutes away for all the places that I went. Clean room / the only thing was the breakfast place is so tiny for all the guests. I recommended the hotel . I stayed 3 nights. The price was ok . I will de finitely stay there again. Thank you staff . I travel from Washington DC '

'Rooms are specious clean and kitchen is good. Do not expect any assistance from the staff, they don’t even pick up calls. I was told that if I needed fresh towels, I had to carry the used ones to the front desk myself. Housekeeping was only offered once during a 7-day stay, and that too only after I asked. There were also numerous instructions about disposing of our own trash.'

'Heerlijke ruime kamer, sofa bed was in goede staat! Dat komt niet vaak voor. Laatste hotel van onze vakantie en het vriendelijkste ontvangst van al die 4 weken. Het betreft tweelingzussen, zo vriendelijk, gastvrij, spontaan en zo gemeend!! Prima ontbijt. Nabijgelegen restaurant/pub prima gegeten, 15 % korting omdat wij in nabijgelegen hotel sliepen.'

'Love this hotel. They have remodeled it since last we stayed. Looks great. Issues. The bathroom in the lobby. Someone broke the door off the stall. Not sure how long it was like that but no one was trying to fix it. There was a stained bed sheet by laundry room in the hall. Not hotels fault but someone should have not let it sit for an entire night. Lastly, hall by rooms 130s smelt like animal urine. If guests are extended they should clean after themselves.
