'They charged me an amount by my visacard for spendings during our stay. They promissed us to refund the rest of the amount the ones that we didn’t spend. But unfortunately they did not do that. Very unprofessional.'

'The overall ambience at the hotel was easy going and peaceful.Breakfast was varied and interesting. My room was spotless and the cleaners made some adorable shapes out of my towels when they changed them Only minor gripe was there was insufficient areas down in reception to either sit down and chat or do some work- unless you went to the onsite coffee shop.'

My room was very spacious, nice furniture and provided with all amenities. Cleaning was always perfect. The top floor restaurant has a fantastic view on Kigali and serves absolutely remarkable food - fusion kitchen style. I definitely recommend the Hut as an exceptional place where to stay in Kigali. '

'The AC barely work and it was always hot. When I mentioned my Expedia gold reward for a room upgrade, they didn’t know what I was talking about. On my last day, they was trying to rush me out my room for someone else. They also charged you for everything.'
