"I stayed at 2000 Hotel Downtown Kigali and overall everything was good. The staff were friendly and the hotel is well located. There was a small issue because they forgot to pick me up from the airport, but they recognized their mistake and refunded me. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism in handling the situation. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again. "
