« Excellent customer service »

« The imcluded breakfast was excellent. Room was clean, quiet and spacious. Was in walking distance to everything we wanted to see and visit. Had a great stay! »

« The staff on reception were so welcoming and helpful, the evening entertainment was excellent, especially Corey, quote the showman. »

« In spite of some very lovely staff, this hotel is in an appalling state and desperately need of a facelift. Water damage on the walls, peeling paint, leaking toilets, a broken shower and windows that haven’t been cleaned in years. The owners need to spend a lot of money on this establishment that must have been spectacular in the past, as neither it or the staff deserve it being left in this state. »

« bien mais literie usée ! »

« Be more clear on Parkin arrangements yes and limits of room equipment. Room too stuffy »

« Good food and excellent service. »

« Didn't like the over decoration for Halloween. Totally unnecessary and off putting. Won't stay here again. No parking and unhelpful sraff »
