We were comfortable in our room but we found it unusual that the cleaning staff weren’t cleaning rooms until very late in the day. So the first day we said just leave our room for today but we do require a few things (TP and coffee). Other than that our room was never refreshed at all. The front of the property had two lovely patio sets however staff had overlooked cleaning them, so we gave them a quick brush off so we could use them. Because we sat out front in the late afternoon we seemed to become the go to people on how to get in as they hadn’t received the door access code from the property. We would ask people their names and check for their room key before giving them the access code. We were glad to help but thought it pretty bad customer service when we helped 4 separate guests over 2 days. Great location, with comfortable room however property & maintenance crews need to improve.
