'If you are interested in a luxury hotel, there are better choices. This place is overrun with children, people laying on the floor of the lobby, people in sweats and pajamas hanging out in the bar. It is a newer hotel than some of the beautiful hotels on the plaza, but I will from now on choose to return to the plaza. Valet parking was never an option. Doormen were inattentive and not helpful. Front desk slow and not responsive to concerns. We did have a lovely dinner at 1587 and I hope it will...

'We liked everything about your hotel. Pretty special, to be down town, so close to everything. My only complaint, would be getting my luggage from the parking garage to the East Tower. Three elevators, and a Sky Bridge. I should have used Valet parking.'

'1. The value was terrible (cost vs worth) 2. The quality of the hotel was poor and many things in the room did not meet basic standards like the shower door on able to close for several inches 3. The area did not feel safe 4. Noise isolation was very poor ... could easy hear conversations outside the room, outside the hotel, next room over , etc 5. I'd never stay there again even for $50 6. Just felt like an old construction with a few makeovers. '
