'This property was not what I had expected. Planned this trip as part of my daughter summer vacation. It was very disappointing. First night water and tub wouldn’t go down, but I didn’t report it till the next deal cause we were so Jetlag and tired sitting there eating food with my daughter. Something crawled on my leg when I looked. It was a roach disgusting told my husband in the middle of the night go to the bathroom. There was a next one sitting on the bed with my daughter something crawling...

'The resort is an amazing location for families. It was my first time traveling with my 18mth old and teen and they both had an amazing time. The staff were all friendly and the amenities and food were great. This has become a family favorite and we will be back next year. Huge thanks to the front desk ladies, they were amazing and swift answering or assisting with any questions that I had.'

'We waited an hour and a half after check in before the room was ready. The staff was not friendly. There were a lot of things we could have benefited from during the stay that they didn't explain to us. The food at the restaurant was way overpriced however the drinks at the bar were reasonable. The best thing about the resort was karaoke night other than that definitely find somewhere else to stay. It's also very very far from anything!!!'

'The property is in a really good location. However, my room upon check in had a hair filled towel, a dirty towel behind the door, a dirty tub, and functioning but not very good AC unit. Still a good place if you are looking to just lay your head down. But I wouldn’t want to stay in this hotel for a long time. Maybe a weekend at max.'

'The outdoor pool area was disgusting; many dirty diapers around the chairs and on the ground around the lazy river, nasty paper towels or some type of decaying paper products floating in the water and around the outer edges. My young children were even grossed out by it and no one would go in. When bringing it to the front desks attention, nothing was done other than telling us no one was as onsite to look. The room was fine, the shower dripped non-stop, but the view of the ocean was beautiful...

'I like that was cheap and on the beach. Nice being able just walk on to the beach. The floor and lazy river was cool feature. The parking absolutely sucked as they don’t have enough parking for the amount of rooms they have. If you find a spot I recommend leaving your car and renting a golf cart that you will see driving all over. Because when leave the hotel for dinner you are not finding a parking spot when you get back and parking lot of restaurant next to it threatens to tow your car for...
