'Had ocean front view room and overlooking pools. Nice. Easy excess to beach.'

'The staff was really very friendly, and the kids enjoyed the pool. My only suggestions would be to update the hotel rooms. There was a lot that needed to be improved.'

'Parking is across the street which isn’t too terrible you can drive up to unload your car under their covered area and then go park. Beautiful rooms although didn’t look like it was swept and had an odor in the washing machine and made the room smell. Other than that I enjoyed my stay'

'Vieze geur in het appartement was penetrant en erg storend.'

'The room was very dirty. No mirror outside the bathroom and no hooks for towels. I understand it is the less expensive rooms but they were really gross.'

'Great place to bring your family to stay!'

'Enjoy our stay'

'The hotel is a little outdated but overall clean and in good condition. The lazy river and splash pads at the sister hotel were a lot of fun for my family. The biggest downside for me is they advertise that you have access to the sister facility fitness center and they would not allow us to utilize it. They should have had to uphold the usage of the fitness center due to false advertisement.'

'Hotel and rooms are very dated. We had a family suite, furniture is very damaged, dirty and chairs wobble from old age. This simply needs to be renovated. Very unfortunate- nice location. 3 years ago - then a beautiful room. Management acknowledges complaints - does nothing about it. They will renovate next fall. They milk it out until they can. I say- look further'

'We had a great time at Surfside. The hotel was nice and clean and we will likely return. Be aware though that none of the rooms face the ocean, the hotel is not built parallel to the coastline. There are ocean views but you must go out on the deck and turn to the side. Also our elderly grandpa called down to the front desk asking someone to bring him more bottled water while we were out and they said it is not one of their services.'

'The kitchen is very small, the one sink is pitiful. No dustpan and a child’s broom to sweep that whole hotel room. The phones didn’t work. Had to use my cell and we called 3 times for maintenance to get blankets and room fix no one ever showed up. The front desk was rude every shift. They told us we would have to come get them if we wanted them unless we were willing to wait and still no one came. Pools are excellent but need cleaning. The pools times are awesome. I had to clean my bathroom...

'Room very clean beds so comfortable. Short walk to the beach. Close ro restaurant and so many activities Staff was very friendly'
