'The room lacked cleanliness, smelled of mildew and mold. The view was nice. Definitely wasn’t worth the price we paid. The air conditioner in the living room (by balcony) did not operate correctly.'

'The bed was so uncomfortable and the couch is stiff.
The market food is so terrible, don’t bother spending an outrageous amount of money on it.
The pools are nice, but towels and small and thin.
Staff was nice and considerate and the 24hr desk was a nice to have.
The room could’ve been cleaner and not once did the floor get clean when we asked for it to (like trash and sweeping). The shower was pretty gross though, and DO NOT use the washer and dryer. The machines made the clothes I washed...
