I have re-written this review three times now because I'm having a hard time saying anything good at all about this place. Dirty Myrtle explains it perfectly. From check-in (took almost an hour in line) paying $15/day for parking in a smelly, dark, dirty, sketchy basement, to an incredibly dirty-feeling and outdated room (that had a burning smell), to only two elevators working for 14 flights of rooms in Building 1. From the moment of check-in, it was not my cup of tea. We travel the world and I have not been so disappointed with our $200+ fees a night room at the Crown Reef Resort. It is listed as a non-smoking facility...NOPE! We smelled weed and cigarette smoke all weekend. We ate at the Loco restaurant only once because it reaked of cigarette smoke. I asked the server if we could move inside and she said she had no control over the smoke. That seemed crazy to me since there were plenty of staff hawking the pool where the kids couldn't have footballs and other swim toys to play in the pool. Also, the worst part was there is no room services for changing out sheets and towels. We had to call twice (no answer either time) to get towels replaced. Almost everyone we talked to wasn't feeling this hotel. You couldn't pay me to stay at this place again. We will definitely not be back.
