'This was the cheapest room available and that was noticeable… The first room had an incredible dirty bathroom, after discussing this with the front desk, we we’re offered a new room. This was the handicapped room. Unfortunately this bathroom wasnt much cleaner. Later the evening we found out that one of the showers didnt work… On the positive side; we had an early flight, before breakfast started, but we we’re offered some fruit and coffee by the kind lady working the early monring front desk...

'Good service'

'Perfect'

'Good location'

'We hadden voor de executive lounge bijbetaald maar die was gewoon niet open'

'Alles was gewoon top, behalve tv’s. Die werken met een systeem wat niet echt gebruiksvriendelijk is. Maar verder was alles aan appartement uitstekend. Tip, gebruik de Star Parking in de Fanning Street, verreweg de goedkoopste in de omgeving.'

'Our room was on the warm side and we had the thermostat at 60 degrees. Guy came up and checked it and the air out of the vent was 72 degrees. Gave us a fan. The facilities in general were nice and well kept up but the women's restroom by the restaurant was very dirty I heard. Food was good. Should have valeted because the parking garage was just as much as valet and valet used the same garage.'
