'this is not a chateau but merely a las Vegas style facade of it. Rooms are ok but lacked a 2 person seating area, view was on the roof of the attrium. Food at restaurants, including breakfast, was outrageously high and what were called the refined dining venues lacked class. Tacky is the word.'

'The ratings did not reflect what we experienced. First I got a message that stated I didn’t pay despite having a receipt showing I paid. Then I arrived and had the pay the amount in full again. We got into the room and the shower water was luke warm while the coffee maker didn’t work. I inquired about we could do to remedy the situation and the front desk said she would ask her manager. The beds were so uncomfortable we decided to leave. The front desk said they would refund me the other three...

'The property was nice, well laid out, the landscaping wasn’t completed. Front desk staff were helpful but there was confusion and discrepancies in charges for breakfast buffet! Very poor selection at high prices and coffee selection was frequently “out”. Enjoyed room but storage was an issue only 2 drawers for clothing and 4hangers for a 2 bed room'

'The consistency of staff as far as responsiveness was lacking. When we arrived at 3:45 our room was not ready and they only had one emergency key to give us stating the key machine was broke and it would be tomorrow as well. I tried using honors app for digital key but it never worked. The next day no problems !! They gave of two keys. Also no dish soap and extra paper towel on day one but day two no problem'
