'this is not a chateau but merely a las Vegas style facade of it. Rooms are ok but lacked a 2 person seating area, view was on the roof of the attrium. Food at restaurants, including breakfast, was outrageously high and what were called the refined dining venues lacked class. Tacky is the word.'

'The shower did not drain properly and I brought it up to the lobby staff. I also told the lobby staff that the toilet did not drain properly either. Nothing was done to fix these issues.'

'The consistency of staff as far as responsiveness was lacking. When we arrived at 3:45 our room was not ready and they only had one emergency key to give us stating the key machine was broke and it would be tomorrow as well. I tried using honors app for digital key but it never worked. The next day no problems !! They gave of two keys. Also no dish soap and extra paper towel on day one but day two no problem'
