Seul des chambres avec 2 lits queen étaient disponibles. Leurs excuses étaient qu’il y avait eue 300 checkouts cette journée là et que le personnel n’avaient pas eue le temps de nettoyer toutes les chambres… nous sommes arrivés quand même tard (21h00) et je ne comprends pas qu’ils ne se soient pas efforcés de préparé les chambres...

« I liked the proximity to restaurants and shopping areas. Well located. I found my room clean. The housekeeper passed everyday to ask what needs to be replaced in the room. It's a pretty calm neighborhood. The breakfast is basic. The internet connection has trouble sometimes. Overall, it's a good ratio quality/price. One false note is that I needed help with my TV one day and it was not easy to get help. I called the front desk and I was told someone will come within minutes. No one came. My...

« The shower did not drain properly and I brought it up to the lobby staff. I also told the lobby staff that the toilet did not drain properly either. Nothing was done to fix these issues. »

« The consistency of staff as far as responsiveness was lacking. When we arrived at 3:45 our room was not ready and they only had one emergency key to give us stating the key machine was broke and it would be tomorrow as well.
