'The breakfast was good. However, the house keeping was one of the worst experiences thst I have ever had.I’ve stayed at multiple Embassy Suites throughout the United States. This one was not good as far as service and housekeeping conditions.i have a complaint that I am about to address with instructions from one of the managers @ that establishment. I will be contacting Expedia customer service to have this issue resolved.'

'Nice hotel, well-maintained.
The shuttle service on international arrivals is a problem. When arriving at the International F concourse, there is no direct shuttle service to the hotel. Therefore, you waste 45 minutes taking an airport shuttle from the F gates back to the domestic gates, which passes right in front of the property, simply to wait for and take another shuttle to the hotel (or spend $30 on an Uber).

'Valet parking was like a car jack. Before you know you are pulled out of the car. The check in lasted for hours (40min waiting time) once in the room, the room is oké. The complementary douchegel was empty. Not too bad, but with a little extra attention for the customer it would be great!! '

'The parking was not as advertised so there was an additional cost. The walls were paper thin and i had a noise complaint for a normal phone conversation and i could hear the people in the room next to me as well.
