'The price was great. The breakfast wonderful, with lots of verity. The motel was clean, beds were comfortable, and everything worked as it should. The pool was clean and warm. We were very impressed.'

'No sympathy from staff or Expedia when a death in family forced my trip forward one day. They refused to use one of their open rooms ONE night earlier to accommodate my stay and we had to get another hotel in another town because of it. Our room went un used and Expedia collected their commission and so did the hotel with ZERO compassion to the human side of business. I would NOT recomend this hotel OR Expedia for your hotel needs.'

'Property and staff were great, very cute place. Only thing I would mention to future travelers is this isn’t walking distance to Jack Trice stadium (a google search showed it as 5 minutes). Also, if booking through Expedia, your contact isn’t shared so they can’t send you the codes needed to get into the doors. Luckily, Iowa house phones are manned and they promptly sent once I called them.'

'AC wasn't working through the whole hotel but they did switch my room so I had functioning climate control. I could see the outside sky through gaps around the AC unit. Appreciate the staff making things work but not a great sign. Wifi was completely non functional.'

'Aside from the person working 3rd shift, the manager was thoroughly unhelpful. And he didn't let the woman with him speak hardly at all. One of the sheets had a cigarette burn, the blow dryer looked old enough to start a fire, and the room itself was absolutely disgusting. The bedding was especially bad, despite claims of them washing it.'
