« Check in process was easy. Communication was really good. Better than most as he usually responded right away. Pool is clean and beautiful. Kitchen utensils were adequate. Surroundings give a pleasant summer camp feel. Lots to explore outside. Our grandaughters who are nine and five loved the trampoline, toy room and pool. We would go back again! »

« There were several issues. The lock box with the keys couldn't be opened, no one knew the code. The automatic deadbolt lock wouldn't open with number pad and could not be fixed remotely. An employee came to building to help and had me download app and it worked but took over 2 hours to get things working and I was late to an engagement. The TV never worked even with texts and calls made to report it. I was told someone would be fixing that and the microwave but they never showed. »
