Rent this fabulous light and bright, stunning condo, decorated by an interior decorator!! This second story condo has 2 large bedrooms on the main floor, each with its own walk-in closet, full bathroom, and private balcony. The lovely open concept kitchen with granite countertops and pine cabinets opens to the dining area and living room. One balcony is located off of the living areas and is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The living room also features a gas fireplace and vaulted ceilings. Cherry Creek reservoir has miles of biking and walking paths around a huge reservoir complete with a marina, boat storage and rental. There is a rifle range, and a remote control airplane flying area. It’s a fabulous national park with tons of fun outdoor activities. It even has jet skis available for rent. Clean well equipped kitchen, onsite gym and pool. Only issue was my wife is highly allergic to pets and although it is a no pets allowed at some point especially in the living area there must have been pets as she had a pretty bad reaction and worse I. The living room to the point we had to find another Vrbo. The host was very understanding and refunded the remainder of our stay.

This is our second stay at one of Ethan’s condos. His condos have everything you could possibly need. The condo was clean, had soft sheets and comfy beds, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. It is in a great location about ten minutes from a Whole Foods, Costco, and Trader Joe’s. It is about 30 minutes from downtown. If you are traveling for CCRM highly recommend for a comfortable medical stay. We will only book our Denver stays through Ethan because we know we are going to have a great, clean space.

We were happy with the home, downfall was parking with a big truck and trailer needs to be outside the subdivision on the main road which is a short 10 min walk. We were pretty tired and could have used the hot tub but it was not working and under repair. If needing into the pool area use white fobs provided on keys.
