« Our stay in the condo was very nice. The communication from the owners/property managers was great and helpful. Not knowing the area, we were a little leery of the neighborhood as we drove into town, but once we got to the property we felt good and safe. The location was great as well as it seemed to only take 10-20 minutes to get to most places. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay. »

« David's property was nice and just what we needed. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We had a minor thing with the water heater but David promptly fixed it. Communications with David were fast. Thanks David!! »

« The location was awesome. So much to do right around the condo. There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the house. Like someone smoked in the house and the cleaner tried to clean it, but it was definitely still there. Additionally the listing said there was a pool. We were so excited about swimming. But then we got there and the pool had been vlosed. The owner knew this but did not tell us or update the ad. Other than those two things it was amazing. Clean. And comfortable. »

« We were in town for a concert and this property was not only close to the venue, but close to 4 beautiful small towns that kept us busy and well entertained. The house was comfortable and very well maintained and equipped. We would stay there again. »

« Our family's girls had a fabulous weekend in Denver and the surrounding area! The property was exceptionally clean, modern, and well-appointed. Parking and access to the interstates were easy, too. We especially enjoyed the evenings on the roof deck! »

« Liked the condo very much. Very clean very well appointed. Enjoyed being up and seeing the view. Kitchen was good. Sofa needs to be replaced. It’s tired. Add dimmers to the lights that don’t have them. Very convenient to have washer and dryer. I love the Istanbul bakery up the street. Could hear the music at night but it was over at 10. »

« The property was beautiful. It was in a great central location. It had a fully stocked kitchen, very nice furnishings and the amenities of the building were top notch. The on-site parking garage was an added benefit. »

« My husband & I were visiting our son & his girlfriend- this North Cherry Creek neighborhood was perfect - near them & great food & shopping- loved the covered parking for our rent a car- night before there was hail- entire unit immaculately clean- towels & linens were high quality as were body wash, conditioner & shampoo- so often hosts scrimp on these items- not here- we didn’t cook on this stay but gas grill & all the equipment inside are here to cook meals - we wil be back! »
