'Rustic cabin with everything we needed. We chose this rental for its location on Bear Creek just outside of downtown Evergreen. The bed was nice; a bit on the firm side. Sheets and bedding were clean and comfortable. We bought wood for a nice fire in the fireplace after spending a cool evening enjoying our dinner and wine on the patio next to Bear Creek. The kitchen is small but well equipped. They provided coffee but I sure missed my morning tea. This is a great location to stay if you want to...

'The cabin was 12 miles up the mountain from the highway. Be aware that you are staying in the mountains , beautiful but you need to be cautious. Centrally located , we drove to Boulder , Golden, Idaho Springs but made sure we were back before nightfall. The cabin is nice , a bit smaller than the online pics show but very clean and stocked with extra towels, toilet paper etc. the two bedrooms are pretty tight and the loft is NOT for adults , very steep climb up. We were given the wrong entry code...

'We spent the week here and the house was great. The view was incredible! We enjoyed the secluded feel of the house even though there were neighbors we never heard or saw anyone. The house was well stocked with everything from towels and essential's. The kitchen was amazing and we would definitely stay here again. Two decks to choose from and an incredible view from them both. We also saw a lot of wildlife like mule deer and Elk in the evenings. Great place!'

'This idyllic A-frame home in the woods above Evergreen was the perfect spot for a getaway. The home is beautifully appointed, with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The surrounding forest was very lush with opportunities for wildlife viewing. Kristen is a great host.'

'Girls trip to explore CO. Location was ideal for all we wanted to do. Concert at red rocks, easy driving to places. Super cozy and comfortable cabin. Beds were very comfortable and outdoor seating was great. Quiet location. I’ll be back again.'

'The Tree House really is cozy with the most beautiful views! I stayed with some friends to enjoy the hiking and shops/restaurants in Evergreen. There is a great hiking trail close to the property and Evergreen had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It is conveniently located about an hour outside of Denver. The beds are comfortable and we really enjoyed the hot tub. I will definitely be recommending staying here to everyone and coming back again.'

'Perfect cabin for the mountain experience! The house is equipped with everything you need and we really enjoyed the stove and hot tub. Area was nice and secluded, saw plenty of deer. Cell service was spotty but WiFi worked great. Would highly recommend!'

'Was a nice place right on the creek had no problems, property was as described. The beds need to be replaced, everyone one of them was very creaky, you couldn't roll over without waking up someone in the bedroom next to you.'

'Very nice home, no AC, but it was cool when we visited. Lots of dead flies in the house. Back porch railing and stairway planks outside are loose. If reinforced, it would be nice to have outdoor patio furniture. I can see why there are none due to the condition of the outdoor deck. Interior is very nice, comfy bed and sofas. Views are INCREDIBLE'

'First a warning - this is not a good place for seniors. I'm 81 and able bodied. My wife is 77 and very unstable walking. Partly our fault that we didn't check on the ease of access. Other than that the place is wonderful and we did our best to enoy the ambience!'

'House was amazing!! This house was perfect with AMAZING views! Definitely will be booking again! We were caught in the huge snow storm and lost power and water - Nate stayed in contact with us all day to make sure we were okay and even offered to move us to another location they had if needed. He had the driveway cleared of snow so we could continue our vacation. The house had everything we needed and the entertainment/movie/theater room was great to relax and watch movies during down time....
