'We appreciated that even tho they were full up everything was well managed and there were no long lines for anything - except the elevators!'

'We had a wonderful stay! Every staff member we interacted with was delightful. Such great service! The hotel is so clean and beautifully designed. Our room was comfortable and laid out thoughtfully. There is a little sound coming from the interstate if you are on that far side of the hotel at night, but it wasn’t disruptive. The hot tub and pools are awesome! We really appreciated that the pools open early and stay open late. We would love to stay again.'

'This is a beautiful property within walking distance to downtown. Only downside was that the ice machine is on the 5th floor and didn't work, but was able to get ice from the bar.'

'Nice place but the housekeeping/maid service was terrible. They came in twice in 4 nights, and barely cleaned the rooms. Essentially just took out the garbage and replaced towels. They haphazardly threw the sheets on the bed. Couldn’t even make the bed. Also charge $25 for parking when the lot across the street is $10. Strange. Hotel and pool were nice, but it’s those little things that keep you from getting 5 stars.'

'We’ve stayed at The Peaks on several occasions, and sadly, this trip was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we checked in, the experience was poor. The front desk employee was curt and provided virtually no information about the hotel or amenities. We weren’t told that the pool was under construction, the waterslide was closed, the game room was closed, or that the restaurant wasn’t open. We weren’t given the Wi-Fi password, told where to find breakfast or what the coffee shop offered,...

'The hotel is nice, no check in before 4 pm. They also have a fridge in the room but you cannot put anything in it. It is for purchasing drinks and snacks only. If you remove anything, even if you put it back you are charged.'
