« Home was clean, views are beautiful and a relatively quiet neighborhood. I would say the photos make it look as if it is on a very private piece of land, however homes all around and busy road next to it (during hunting season). Easy access to Salida and restaurants and activities. We did have a challenge getting the home warm enough in early November, and would suggest a new mattress in the master as we had to use another room as it was not comfortable. Super close to river, easy dog walks on site.Close to downtown Salida, plenty access to hiking/biking to the east and west.Check in was easy, staff was friendly and informative.Nice, new build, will visit again. »
