'Could not have been better. Cabin layout is great - lives much larger that its square footage. Very nicely decorated. River along one side and mountain views all around. Easy to check in - even in the dark when the office is closed. Everything we needed was there. Front and back porches.'

'I visited Colorful Colorado for my birthday recently and after the long drive the scenery and mountain air was amazing. Going into my cabin seeing (what is probably) mount Princeton from the window with a view of the town below was amazing. The site was clean and very well put together. Staff was awesome and helpful would 100% visit again'

'Great little cabin stay in BV! Bathrooms were clean and cabin was exactly as pictured. My only complaint is that the queen bed wasn’t very comfortable and I woke up with sore hips. We will definitely be back! Would love to stay in one of the yurts or tiny homes. '

'Overall great experience. The yurt is great for just two people. Amazing views and close to town but far enough away that you don’t feel like you’re staying in town. Two minor complaints - the rugs in the yurt were filthy, just get rid of them or get washable rugs. Also the bathrooms could have been cleaner and included a table or something to put your clothes on while you’re using the shower. '

"This is one of the hidden gems hotel. We were a little to early, because of the light traffic underway. But we could check in immediately and enter the room. The room was fantastic. Spacious and super clean. Beds were very comfy. Loved the digital doorlock. No worry’s for not working keycards. Breakfast was also great. Lot of choices and very friendly staff. Location is perfect. Close to downtown and highway. If we come back to Salida, we will stay here again !!"
