« I stayed at Wintergreen Inn for a conference and really enjoyed the property, food, service and accommodations. I'm glad that I stayed on the mountain because I had considered staying down in town. The road can be tricky at night. My only complaint is the squeaky bed and no instructions for using the TV. One of my friends had an issue with a rude desk clerk but I think management intervened and apologized for the rudeness Otherwise, I had a great time! »

Apres la première nuit, on nous a dit que c’est parce qu’il fallait en faire la demande expressément (ce que la fameuse hôtesse d’accueil n’avait pas précisé). Pour les nuits suivantes, nous avons fait la demande, mais les femmes de chambre ne sont quand même pas passées. C’est très décevant pour un hôtel. "
