'The beds were very uncomfortable and the edges were hard and rigid and you'd sink into a stiff middle. Also, we were on the second level and there's no air conditioning, which is completely fine in cooler weather but it was hot with 90 percent humidity. They can't control the weather of course. However, the placement of the fan was above a table and not above the beds, so the room just stayed stale and tepid. Furthermore, the golf carts were so loud and ran up and down the street all evening and...

'Toen ik wilde inchecken om 1915 was er helaas niemand aanwezig. Na het bellen van het nummer werd ik 10 minuten later geholpen door twee hele aardige en behulpzame mensen. Ik kreeg een kamer upgrade, kingsize met balkon. Een ruime en schone kamer. Hotel ligt op een fijne centrale plek in Avalon met alle voorzieningen op loopafstand. '

'No habia shampoo en el baño'

'This hotel was one we've visited two time prior. I was shocked at how it has changed. The bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms were not well cleaned at all and we had baby cockroaches coming out of the kitchen drain area every evening. Air conditioner didn't work either. The kitchen counters and lower cabinets were smelling of mold and rot, which may need to be replaced. I do hope they are able to fix what they need to soon.'
