'Sceptic door in bathroom at times very strong. Cooking utensils very cheap and went black with use of propane stove. But the location worked well for me and the outdoor common area was lovely.Property contact very responsive to tequests'

'We have rented this condo seven times over the last four years. It’s clean, contemporary, and has just what you need to prepare a few meals. The hostess greeted us with a bottle of wine and the first couple of days the housekeeping staff folded our towels into adorable animals. All staff members at Cancun Plaza are so kind and gracious. The pool is beautiful, the ocean is beautiful, the little restaurant down by the pool is awesome. You will meet great people from around the world! Pay attention...

'My only qualm about this property is that there was not enough communication as to when I would receive check-in instructions, and it took until late in the night of the day before we are arriving, after having to call VRBO, to hear back with the code and directions. It was just a little anxiety provoking. But the place itself is lovely and the property is nice as well.'
