'The experience at this hotel was terrible. In the middle of the night, someone was kicking the doors and screaming, and there were police at the doors. The assistant was virtual, there was no staff member available to do the check-in. The only person I actually saw had a friendly smile, but I never saw them again. And maybe they had too many responsibilities. They were doing renovations. The room they gave me was facing the floor renovation area. I found a cockroach in the bathroom. It was the...

'The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Easy check in. The room was nice and clean but the carpet in the hallway needed cleaned. Also, we noticed there wasn't much ventilation on the floors in the hallway. All the chair cushions in the dining area needed repaired. They were all pealing. Ok for a quick overnight stay and close to restaurants and highway.'

'It is a rather old, but generally kept up hotel. The breakfast selection was wanting, and some of the machines did not function: ice machine, and selections of juice/coffee. The breakfast bar was not replenished well as things ran out. No instructions were posted, for example the operation of the waffle machine - people stood before the machine not knowing what to do next after pouring in the batter (guessing as to amount) and hearing it beep, a representative would shout out to turn it over...

'Hotel was good for an overnight stay while traveling. Rooms on first and second floors open to the outside. The door to the room I was in did not seal/fit tightly - so a small amount of light from the outside came on under the door and around the edge. Room was a good size. Humid in the room/bed until the air conditioning regulated the temperature in the room. However it was really hot outside that day before I arrived.'
