"Mariner's Terrace" is a soundfront condo with the most amazing sunset views across the sound from a covered deck. Just a 5-minute walk to the beach. 1 BR condo (check sleeping options below) with full well-stocked kitchen and full bath and an additional private seasonal outside shower. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream, bar, and shopping. Just 1 mile from Avon Pier.

Arrival Check In time is 4:00 p.m. (often earlier)
Departure Check Out time is 9:00 a.m.

There is also a pull-out twin sofa in the den and a queen inflatable mattress.

HEPA covers on all pillows and mattresses.

$5 self-pay boat launch ramp on site. You can launch kayaks from side of property.

Note: The boat dock itself is private property and not for condo use. However, you can rent or bring Kayaks and launch just outside from the ramp.

Plenty of shops available for all equipment rentals.

Bath towels and sheets are supplied.
Bring your own beach towels.

Hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent are provided. Shampoo and shower gel are supplied. 1 roll of paper towels, a starter pack of toilet paper, and 2 trash bags are provided to get you started upon arrival.

2 beach chairs are included.

Covered parking underneath unit available on a first-come basis. Otherwise, outdoor parking.

You can walk across HWY 12 to the beach. It is only 3 blocks away. Avon has a Food Lion and Ace Hardware just 2 miles away. And plenty of other beach shops and restaurants are also available.

High-Speed WIFI and Cable/Roku TVs in family room and bedroom.

Trip Insurance is highly recommended for Hatteras Island.

No Pets allowed except service animals.

Electric car charging station at Avon Pier 1.1 miles away and also at Food Lion Shopping Center.
