Algeheel; tevreden
Goed ontvangen. Hotelkamer niet verkeerd, maar is wel toe aan vernieuwing zoals tapijt, handdoeken dekbedovertrek matras. Zag er niet echt gezond meer uit. Geen verwarmde zwembad, dus bijna onmogelijk om te zwemmen in de zwembaden (oktober). Paar van de personeel was chagrijnig niet vriendelijk verpest toch een gedeelte van je vakantie, algemeen wel behulpzaam en vriendelijke. Eten buiten geen afwisseling maar wel lekker, voor diner redelijke variatie alleen turks eten. Nadeel als je lief wacht tot het personeel je eten moet opscheppen, vanwege corona doen ze dat, komen de slimmeriken voor je; niet leuk.

The resort in itself is amazing and really huge. The only problem is with transportation if you wish to explore outside the resort. The reception would book you a yellow cab if you need which is ok. But the taxi guys charge you what they want and they only accept cash. And if you are looking to book an Uber none of them would accept since there seems to be a lobby for all taxis and they won't accept any Uber requests from this area.

Wir waren insgesamt neun Personen für Silvester. möchte ich auch betonen, dass die organisatorische Planung für die Silvesterfeier mangelhaft war. Es gab keine klaren Informationen darüber, wie die Gäste, die nicht am Galaabend teilnehmen wollten, ihre Zeit verbringen könnten. Das Fehlen eines Alternativprogramms wirkte sich negativ auf die Gesamtzufriedenheit aus. Die mangelnde Vielfalt im Speiseangebot war enttäuschend. Es schien, als ob die Küche wenig Kreativität zeigte und sich nicht um Abwechslung bemühte. Dies führte dazu, dass das Essen nicht nur langweilig, sondern auch geschmacklich eintönig war. Was die Sauberkeit der Zimmer betrifft, war der Zustand unter den Betten inakzeptabel. Der hohe Staubansammlung lässt auf mangelnde Reinigungsroutinen schließen. Dies ist besonders bedenklich, da Sauberkeit und Hygiene grundlegende Erwartungen an einen Hotelbetrieb sind. Die mangelnde Effizienz und Schnelligkeit des Servicepersonals war ebenfalls enttäuschend. Das Warten auf eine einfache Gabel sollte nicht zu einem derart frustrierenden Erlebnis führen. Die Professionalität sollte nicht nur im Lächeln, sondern auch in der prompten Bereitstellung grundlegender Utensilien sichtbar sein. Insgesamt fühlte sich der Aufenthalt nicht wie ein Erlebnis in einem 5-Sterne-Hotel an. Die genannten Punkte lassen mich eher zu einer 3-Sterne-Bewertung tendieren. Es ist bedauerlich, dass solche Schwächen das Potenzial des Hotels beeinträchtigen. Nie mehr wieder

Nothing worth the price or 5 star rated stay in All inclusive resort. Specially the food and buffet was very bad, food are cold and Old, On dirty tables they put new sets of cutlery for next guest. Staff very rude and unhappy, they do not get any food since the resort keeping the food to serve next day. Rooms are clean and nice, renovated, Pools cold but still clean and nice. Variety of food and restaurant very bad.

Séjour inoubliable. Mon époux mes enfants et moi avons passé un magnifique séjour. Tout est au top. Un grand merci au personnel qui se plie en 4 pour répondre à nos requêtes a tous les niveaux , restauration, guest relations partout partout. On se sent vraiment en sécurité . Quant à l'animation que dire ... Il y en a pour tous les goûts ...c'est très varié chaque soir 3 spectacles. Pas moyen de s'ennuyer sans oublier l'après midi mousse a la piscine le samedi. Kremlin Palace Antalya Review
The hotel is overhyped and shows lot of wear and tear. For the money they charge per night there are better choices available in Antalya. Initially the room they gave had the washroom that had really bad smell coming from it. When we pointed it out the front desk customer service representative told us to spend the night there and they will re-assugn a new room to us next day which did not make sense to us as our luggage was still packed and when we insisted and confronted them that why would we have to unpack and pack again for next morning when they could re-assign the room same day. Upon our insistence they re-assigned us a new room within and hour. We felt like we did not have to jump through hoops to get the required service which as a 5 Star hotel they should have provided. The room airconditioning was not upto par for a 5 star hotel. The buffet menu and service was good with lots of eating choices. The towels in the room were worn out and their color had changed from white to off-white. The staff was decent but could be more friendly. They should improve the living standards and customer service as per a 5 star hotel. There are limited transportation options .

Overall good
Overall a good hotel would stay again. we were without electricity from 11pm until 11am the following day it took rather longer than expected to get it sorted which wasn't ideal, night manager was useless. A couple of rude staff in the restaurant/buffet area that need to work on their customer service skills and learn how to speak to people or find an alternative job that would be more suited for them. Cleanliness of hotel food quality taste was good.
